Our Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Down Payment

A minimum of 40% non-refundable down payment is required at the time of order placement. This down payment secures your order and ensures your cake is booked for the desired date. You may also pay in full at the time of order placement.

Partial Refunds
If you need to cancel your order, a partial refund of the remaining balance (after the 40% down payment) is available under the following conditions: Cancellation 5 business days or less from the date your order was placed: you will receive a partial refund of the remaining balance.

Cancellation 5 Business Days AFTER the Order Date:
No cash refunds will be issued, however, possible store credit. Since the ingredients, time, and effort are required, the order will be filled a requested. You may often freeze orders for a later date in your own place of residence, which may possibly allow for later use.

How to Request a Refund

You must place your custom cake order at least 10 business days in advance for custom cakes, and 7 business days for other dessert treats. Please understand that the later an order is placed the more flexible the design will need to be to account for shipping and decorations. To request a partial refund, please contact us via email or phone. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation request.

Custom Cakes

Custom or specially designed cakes may be partially refundable. If a mistake is made on our part, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include a full refund or a replacement.

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your baked goods. However, please note the following:

Design Replications

While we aim to match your desired design as closely as possible, exact replications of designs are not guaranteed. Minor variations may occur.

Taste Preferences

Taste is subjective, and we cannot guarantee that our cakes will meet everyone's taste preferences. We do not offer refunds based on taste. Please refer to customer reviews for the tastes of our baked goods; customers most often are very satisfied with taste. If there is a food safety concern, please contact us immediately.

Returns After Leaving the Store

Once the cake leaves with you and you accept the order after inspection, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. If something is noticed after leaving, please notify us and we will determine a solution which may lead to an offer of "store credit." If the mistake is determined on our end for reasons outside of the mentioned above to our determination, that may include a cash refund or store credit. We are not responsible for the transportation of the cake. The angle placement of the dessert during transport and the temperature are crucial. Please be advised on how to properly care and transport the cake.

Cancellation

In the event that we are unable to fill your order because of an illness or emergency, we will inform you as soon as possible and either provide a full cash refund or store credit (in terms agreeable to client). We aim to meet the customer's expectations to the best of our ability and we hope that our customers enjoy our products Thank you for choosing our cake business.
